Getting Out of Abusive Relationships

As you know, most people think it is simple to get out of abusive relationships, but in fact it is one of the hardest things to do. It can be very hard to admit when you are a victim in an abusive relationship, but now that you've gotten that far, you need to know how to get out. Whether you need to escape an abusive marriage or a dating relationship with an abusive boyfriend or girlfriend, your safety is of the utmost importance. Depending on where your at in your relationship decides how hard it will be to get out of the relationship. Married people find it harder to get out of these relationships because upon getting married, your lives, financial info, etc, gets tied together.

Getting out of abusive relationships can be the most difficult task to accomplish. You basically have to restart your life and rebuild everything that was lost in the relationship.

Problems/ Conflicts With Getting Help

Most teens, children, and even adults are scared to get the help that they need, because they think that it will make the abuse worse. Which in some cases it may, but getting that help could prevent that and make your life better.

Sometimes when someone tries to get help, but doesn't do it right, the abuse could progress. You need to make sure you take the right steps to getting help so that you can provide a safe enviorment for yourself of somebody else.

Pro's/ Con's of Abuse

There are many pro's and con's to getting help. A con, as stated above, getting help, if not done the correct way, could progress to worse abuse and make it harder to get out of that abuse. Pro's to getting help, obviously would be physically, mentally and emotionally. Saving yourself from that abuse saves your life and helps you and others around you. Saving yourself could save your life.
